Working with a builder can be a challenge when you live in the same community--but we live 300 miles away! CAT Construction not only built our dream home, they made it easy. Terry and John looked after every detail and kept us constantly updated on the progress of our project. They offered creative ideas and were infinitely patient with "creative" changes we brought forth later ourselves. Bottom line, we'd never use another builder.

...over the last 30+ years I have either built or remodeled a number of homes and office/airplane hangar structures. My experience had left me somewhat of a skeptic when we embarked on a time & material contract to build mine and Penny's "dream cabin". All of that was erased on May 1st of this year when we returned to the Will-Lo for the first time in 4 1/2 months.
What a joy to see everything finished on time and as planned. We were thrilled beyond our wildest expectation. What a beautiful cabin! Our worry was transformed to overwhelming exuberance.
Each and every subcontractor exceeded our expectations. We were ready to start listing all the problems on a punch list. As you know, there was not one item on the list. Your quality control is truly "JOB ONE".
