When you are dealing with the kind of custom construction that C.A.T. specializes in, there are many issues that go into building your home. These one-of-a-kind homes require constant communication between the foreman, our office, the designer and the customer on almost a daily basis. At C.A.T., we understand your need for constant communication with your building firm. That's why we provide a full office staff 5 days/week for your convenience, updates on your project by phone or email, and a photo record of construction from beginning to end. We try to keep you constantly informed and involved in the decisions that go into making your project a success.

 

Time of year also affects construction in the northwoods. Summers are very busy, and more and more of our customers are choosing to spend their summer in their new home rather than watching it being built. Winter work does have some additional costs associated with it, but we take a very conservative approach to these costs and make no attempt to profit from bad weather, only to cover our costs and to do our best to get your project completed on schedule!
